Our team also supports individuals and families in the assessment and treatment of difficulties in functioning and adaptation that can be caused by the dyssynchronies that characterize giftedness (social, familial, academic, professional or internal, i.e. between the different spheres of the individual’s development) and that can lead to distress in the child, adolescent or adult suffering from it.

A specialized psychological/neuropsychological assessment protocol that takes into account the latest scientific knowledge to not only diagnose giftedness and specify the profile (e.g., homogeneous, complex), but also to draw up a portrait of the strengths and weaknesses of the person being assessed in relation to his or her own intellectual potential, in order to better guide interventions (e.g., accommodation measures, choice of educational or professional path).
Psychotherapy services with psychologists specialized in alliance and therapeutic work with gifted children, adolescents, families and adults.
Specialized coaching for parents of gifted children, and for gifted children and adults themselves. This is a brief, directive approach aimed at actualizing the individual’s potential through the development of competencies, talents, resources and skills. Whether in a group or on an individual basis, coaching helps to better understand and live with giftedness.

Attention Deficit Disorder with or without hyperactivity/impulsivity (ADHD) is a neurological problem that causes difficulties in modulating ideas (inattention), gestures (physical fidgeting) and behaviors (impulsivity). It affects 5% of children and 4% of adults.
